Returns & Warranty

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to the original payment method.

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once opened:

• Disposable vapes
• Pre-filled pods and cartridges
• E-liquids and salt nic bottles
• Mouthpieces and drip tips

Rechargeable devices, mods, and batteries are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. The warranty covers:

• Dead-on-arrival units
• Charging port and button failures
• Screen and LED defects not caused by impact
• Heating element and coil threading defects

The warranty does NOT cover:

• Accidental damage, drops, or water exposure
• Normal wear of coils, glass, and consumables
• Damage from using non-approved chargers or e-liquids
• Products with tampered serial numbers

1. Email contact@alibarbarmerch.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or a short video if applicable.
2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and a prepaid return label (where applicable).
3. Ship the product back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked.
4. Once received and inspected (typically 3–5 business days), we'll issue a refund or a replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We currently process exchanges as a refund + new order to keep things simple and fast. If inventory is tight, contact us before returning and we'll hold your replacement.
