Order Processing
Orders placed during local business hours on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view status anytime from your Orders page.
Shipping Methods & Times
We ship via trusted local couriers. Typical transit times (business days, after processing):
- Standard — 3 to 7 business days
- Express — 1 to 3 business days (where available)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Age Verification Required
Vape products may only be purchased and received by individuals aged 18 years or older. Valid identification may be required upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are emailed the moment your order ships. Carriers usually take up to 24 hours to post the first scan. If tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, contact us at contact@alibarbarmerch.com.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Report any issue within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan:
- Damaged in transit — send clear photos of the parcel and product; we'll ship a replacement.
- Missing items — we'll investigate and reship or refund.
- Marked delivered, not received — we'll open a carrier investigation; outcomes depend on the carrier report.
