These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AliBarBar (“we”, “us” or “our”). By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.

Our products contain nicotine, a highly addictive chemical. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to purchase from us.

We may require age verification at checkout and upon delivery. Orders that fail verification will be cancelled and refunded. See our Age Policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@alibarbarmerch.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

All prices are shown in USD ($) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without prior notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that cannot pass age verification, or that exceed purchase limits.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is captured and an order confirmation email is sent.
• Typographical or pricing errors may be corrected after order placement; affected orders will be cancelled and refunded.
• Applicable taxes on products will be added at checkout where required by law.

Delivery times and carrier details are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier delivery of the package to the shipping address.

Return eligibility, warranty terms, and the claims process are described in our Returns & Warranty policy. For health and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquid and disposable products cannot be returned.

All content on the Site — including logos, product images, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to AliBarBar and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

The Site and products are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nicotine is addictive. This product is not intended for use by minors, pregnant or nursing women, people with heart conditions, or anyone sensitive to nicotine.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AliBarBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AliBarBar operates the relevant site. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that territory.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
